LASK vs Tottenham Betting Tips: Latest odds, team news, preview and predictions

Premier League leaders Tottenhamare aiming to secure qualification to the Europa League knockout stages when they travel to Austria on Thursday evening to face LASK in Group J.

Victory in Linz would ensure progression for Jose Mourinho's men, although the hosts also have plenty at stake too as a win would give them a great chance of making it out of the group.

The Austrians have won eight of their nine home matches in all competitions this season and another success is priced at 15/4 (4.75) with bet365.

LASK will be without Gernot Trauner as the defender is suspended following his red card in the defeat by Antwerp last week, whilst Croatian defender Petar Filipovic is also a doubtwith a hip problem.

Toby Aldeweireld is facing around a month out with a muscle problem for Spurs, who are likely to rotate and so there could be starts for the likes of Carlos Vinicius and Lucas Mouraahead of Harry Kane and Son Heung-min.

Mourinho's men head into this game high on confidence and in strong defensive form, having kept four consecutive clean sheets in all competitions.

In fact, the north Londoners have conceded the fewest goals in the Premier League this season and will feel they can keep things tight once more in Austria.

LASK, however, have been extremely strong in their own stadium, keeping six clean sheets this campaign, although they have conceded in both of their home games in Group J so far.

Nevertheless, there could be some interest in backing a low-scoring game given that five of Spurs' last eight matches in all competitions have seen under three goals.

Under 2.5 goals is priced at 11/8 (2.38) which looks like a strong option, while backing Spurs to win and under 3.5 goals in the game is priced at 7/4 (2.75) and is also worthy of consideration.
